Georgia Turkey Applications are due February 15th for youth and adult hunters. A lot of research and development has gone into turkeys in Georgia. The Georgia Department of Natural Resources has done some extensive research and have come up with a Strategic Management Plan for Wild Turkeys in Georgia (2017-2026). With conservation efforts like this coming from hunting departments you know you are in for some good hunting not only now but in the future as well.
