This was a part of its charitable Guns for Great Causes campaign. The check presentations took place at the Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, the industry’s largest trade show.

The donations were distributed as follows: $25,000 to Gun Owners of America. They are a nonprofit lobbying organization representing over two million members founded in 1976. $25,000 to the Second Amendment Foundation. They run educational and legal action programs to promote a better understanding of the gun control debate. Lastly, $25,000 to the Firearms Policy Coalition. They are involved in over forty active federal court cases and focus on legal work and grassroots activism through education.

Henry Repeating Arms is known for its dedication to American-made products and excellent customer service. Likewise, the company’s Guns for Great Causes program, focuses on assisting the families of sick children, children’s hospitals, military veteran organizations, law enforcement, first responder groups, and wildlife conservation organizations. It was the first practical repeating rifle.
