Pennsylvania hunters may get a chance to use semi-automatic rifles to hunt big game in the 2019-2020 season. The PA Board of Game Commission is accepting comments on the matter once again. Last year 2000 Pennsylvania hunters responded to a survey and had 64 percent who opposed the measure. The commission says there is no greater safety risk using a semi-automatic rifle as opposed to a bolt action.
