Senators came together in a bipartisan vote, 92-8, to pass the National Resources Management Act (Land Bill). The act is massive as almost every states senator had something added to the bill for their state. You can read the 662-page bill here.
Some of the key takeaways from this measure include adding national monuments and opening federal lands to hunting. The Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) will also be funded in perpetuity. This is a big win for hunters and anglers as it adds more lands for hunting and fishing yet saves us, the taxpayers over 9 million dollars.
